IT Field Technician

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsible for the Toll TMS Hardware/Software and application Inventory of TMS Equipment’s / Toll Plaza Electrical Functionality Monitoring / Spare Parts / Maintenance of TMS & Toll Electrical Equipment’s / Toll Plaza Server Maintenance / AMC / Vendor’s Service Management / All Toll Transactions Monitoring / Staff Training, Roster & KT / Assurance of Implementation of VIL - IT Policy, SOP / Toll Plaza Office, Equipment’s CR, for the following toll plazas

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot network issues using various tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark.
• Provide technical support to users through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including backups, updates, and security scans.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT field services or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of system administration principles and practices.
• Proficiency in networking troubleshooting techniques (LAN/WAN).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
