IT Field Technician

Exodus Recovery, Inc (Exodus) is looking to hire a full-time IT Field Technician to provide assistance and support to the Exodus Technology Infrastructure Department with the intention of improving access and maintenance of technology company wide. Primary responsibility is to support the development of the Technology Infrastructure Department by serving as first-line IT support across multiple locations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three (3) years’ experience working in IT support, office administration and/or a similar role. Experience with network setups, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance across multiple departments within small to mid-size organizations (under 500 users).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.

Commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
