IT Finance Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Budget Tracking: Monitor IT operational and capital expenditures (OpEx/CapEx), assist in tracking department budgets, and prepare monthly financial variance reports.
• IT Procurement & Purchasing: Process Purchase Requests (PR) and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for IT hardware, software, licenses, and external technical services.
• Invoice & Vendor Management: Review, reconcile, and code IT vendor invoices against POs and contracts; resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and internal finance/accounts payable.
• Asset & License Administration: Maintain documentation for software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, hardware assets, and service contracts to support audits and renewal planning.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Act as the primary administrative contact for IT vendor relations, record-keeping, and cross-departmental coordination between IT, Procurement, and Finance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in finance administration, procurement, or IT support operations.
• Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, PO-to-invoice workflows, and budget tracking.
• Core Skills: Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
