• Create and manage purchase orders in Concur and SAP, under the appropriate IT budget funds, based on approved requests from internal IT stakeholders in Jira
• Ensure purchase orders comply with company policies, approval workflows, and financial controls
• Maintain complete and accurate procurement records across relevant financial systems
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely receipt of goods and services against approved purchase orders
• Monitor outstanding goods receipts, invoices, and payments through completion
• Work with Accounts Payable, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately, and vendors are paid in a timely manner
• Support General Ledger activities, including reconciliations, journal reviews, accruals, recharges, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting for IT expenditures
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and unmatched transactions across Jira, Concur, and SAP
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions
• Improve financial reporting, data quality, automation, and operational controls Your Profile:
• Experience in finance and accounting within a multinational organization (5–8 years)
• Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, financial reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Concur
• Experience supporting procurement, purchase order management, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
• Experience supporting IT, technology, shared services, or corporate function budgets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• English fluent
