IT Global Support Assistance

We are looking for an experienced IT Global Support Assistant / IT Specialist to join our IT & Communications team in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for supporting EasyVista/ITSM activities, assisting with SAP-related tasks, and providing administrative and coordination support to the Global Service Team and Corporate IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle activities and support related to the EasyVista ITSM tool.
• Assist with SAP administration and related tasks.
• Support the Global Service Team with day-to-day IT administrative activities.
• Assist the Corporate IT Manager with administrative and coordination activities.
• Prepare, maintain and analyze data using Advanced MS Excel.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to support daily IT activities.
• Maintain required IT-related records and information.
• Provide team coordination and administrative support as required.
• Contribute to efficient delivery of global IT support activities.

Required Skills

• ITSM / IT Service Management Tool experience, preferably EasyVista.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Administration.
• Strong Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Good working knowledge of Power BI.
• Good understanding of IT operations and support.
• Strong team coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

• 510 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in IT support, IT administration, IT service management or a related environment.
• Experience working with ITSM tools and SAP-related activities will be relevant.
