IT Governance Analyst (Project-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist in reviewing and updating IT policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, and governance repositories.
• Support governance activities related to ISO 27001, SoQM, IPCR, internal audits, and client audits.
• Perform other governance, compliance, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in a project-based position.
• Preferably have experience in supporting ISO 27001.
• Preferably have ITIL Foundation certification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to learn IT Governance, Compliance, Audit, Procurement, and Administrative processes.
