IT Governance Support Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Delivery Governance Support Admin to assist in managing IT projects, resources, reporting, and governance activities. The role will work closely with Project Managers, IT Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are properly monitored and documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT project and portfolio management activities
• Track project progress, budgets, risks, and deadlines
• Assist in resource planning and utilization monitoring
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Maintain project documents, records, and trackers
• Monitor compliance with IT governance processes
• Coordinate with Project Managers, IT Leads, and stakeholders
• Prepare meeting minutes and monitor action items

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; IT, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Resource Management, or related roles
• Knowledge of project management and/or ITSM tools
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of ITIL, PMBOK, or COBIT is a plus
