Responsibilities
- Support dashboard creation, reporting, and analytics initiatives using modern digital tools.
- Develop presentations, infographics, training materials, and digital content.
- Assist with AI-driven automation, data analysis, and process improvement projects.
- Coordinate operational activities, documentation, reports, meetings, and administrative tasks.
- Partner with teams to support governance, resource management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Academic, internship, or project experience in IT, analytics, or digital technologies.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, data visualization, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and learning agility.
