Job Description

Pak Forex Academy is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Hardware & Technical Support Officer to manage office IT equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and related hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Install Windows, drivers, software, and system updates.
• Diagnose and repair basic computer hardware problems.
• Manage cables, monitors, keyboards, mice, UPS devices, and other IT accessories.
• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and repair logs.
• Provide technical support to office staff and ensure all systems are working properly.
• Perform regular maintenance, backups, and basic system security checks.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Practical experience in computer hardware and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows installation, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently.
• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assembling and upgrading desktop PCs.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and UPS equipment.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and basic IT asset management.
