IT Hardware Engineer

• Job Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows OS installation, configuration, drivers, and software troubleshooting
• Understanding of networking basics such as IP addressing, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
• Basic understanding of desktop and laptop hardware components
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to perform on-site installation and technical support
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics / Computer Hardware & Networking
• Freshers with practical or hands-on technical experience are welcome

• Perform Windows OS installation, formatting, driver installation, software setup, and system upgrades
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues including RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, display, keyboard, and other components
• Provide technical support to users through on-site and remote assistance
• Handle basic networking tasks including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, routers, and switches
• Assist in server setup, structured cabling, patching, and rack installation
• Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
• Assist with installation and basic troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot biometric attendance and access-control devices
• Perform basic maintenance and servicing of desktop and laptop systems
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, hardware allocation, and service records
• Coordinate with vendors and service centres for repairs, replacement, AMC, and warranty support
• Ensure proper data backup and data-safety practices before formatting, repair, or system servicing
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of network, server, printer, CCTV, and biometric connectivity issues

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
