IT Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers, including hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and replace components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, batteries, keyboards, displays, cooling fans, etc.
• Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, applications, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot booting, performance, connectivity, driver, and operating-system issues.
• Diagnose and repair laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers.
• Resolve printer issues such as paper jams, print-quality problems, cartridge/toner issues, connectivity, and driver errors.
• Perform printer installation and configuration over USB and network connections.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular servicing of IT equipment.
• Perform data backup, system formatting, and basic data recovery when required.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain records of repairs, spare parts, service requests, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and replacement of defective components.
• Provide technical support to users and explain basic troubleshooting procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
