IT Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Hardware Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the organization's computer systems, hardware, networking equipment, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related technical issues.
• Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, applications, and required software.
• Provide technical support to employees, trainers, and students when required.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic networking issues.
• Maintain inventory and records of computers, peripherals, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
• Monitor system performance and ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly.
• Manage backups and basic data-security practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, replacements, and technical services.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, repairs, installations, and service requests.
• Ensure IT systems and equipment are ready for classrooms, labs, and office operations.
• Follow company policies regarding data security, system access, and IT asset management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware and technical support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
