Computer & Laptop Hardware & Networking Engineer

Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in desktop computers and laptops.

* Assemble, repair, upgrade, and maintain desktop computers and laptops.

* Perform laptop hardware repairs and fabrication work.

* Replace and fit internal laptop keyboards.

* Carry out complete laptop body replacement when required.

* Replace and install laptop displays/screens.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and other required software.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

* Configure and troubleshoot network switches, including PoE switches.

* Identify and resolve network connectivity and configuration issues.

* Install, configure, and maintain servers.

* Install and configure network printers and resolve printer networking issues.

* Configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems involving network connectivity.

* Provide technical support and assistance to customers.

* Visit customer locations to attend on-site service and technical support requirements.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in computer hardware and networking.

* Candidates with relevant hands-on experience are preferred.

* Strong practical knowledge of computer and laptop hardware repair and troubleshooting.

* Good knowledge of networking, Windows, servers, printers, and CCTV networking.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

* Good customer-handling and communication skills.

* Basic English communication skills and good Hindi communication skills.

* Smart, professional, and well-groomed personality.

* Formal dress code is compulsory.

* Good punctuality and time-management skills.

* Positive attitude and confidence while dealing with customers.

* Willingness to travel for on-site service calls.

* A personal bike/two-wheeler is compulsory.
