What they need
The Head of the Information Technology Department is responsible in the implementation and administration, including but not limited to the review, installation, upgrade and maintenance of information technology hardware and software based on management-approved programs.
Qualifications:
*Preferably a graduate of BS Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or other 4-5 year computer related courses
*Preferably with more or less 5 years of experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
*Hardware and software troubleshooting; Software applications development, IT Project Lead Implementer, Networking both WAN and LAN, Website development and Desktop designs
*Ability to explain complex systems in simple layman’s terms
*Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
*Good prioritization and be flexible enough to adapt plans
