Job Purpose

Lead Aivida's technology strategy, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT operations in line with business and healthcare requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and the product roadmap.
• Lead applications, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and IT support.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, performance and availability of the medical application and supporting systems.
• Set architecture, development standards, QA practices, release governance and documentation.
• Drive information security, access control, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Safeguard sensitive healthcare and personal data, in coordination with legal / compliance teams.
• Manage technology vendors, partners, licenses, contracts and the IT budget.
• Lead and mentor technology teams; coordinate with product, operations, HR and leadership.
• Establish IT policies, SOPs, service levels, incident management and dashboards.
• Evaluate AI, automation, analytics and cloud solutions that improve patient and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on understanding of cloud, applications, APIs, databases, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing software / product development and external vendors.
• Strong grasp of data security, privacy and access governance.
• Ability to turn business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Strongly preferred: healthcare technology, SaaS, mobile app or digital health experience.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
