【仕事内容】 Administration

• Establish a strong relationship between IT operations and business stakeholders within the region to understand and address the business IT requirements.
• Working collaboratively with Oakwood IT with Global/Regional IT deployments.
• Maintain users’ accounts, hardware, software inventories.
• All other tasks given by management.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide effective support for IT end users.
• Versatile with all applications deployed at properties from office automation to PMS, accounting, HSIA, etc… ensuring all application are in healthy state and schedule for maintenance when necessary with minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide assistance and support to Data Analyst, as well to other associates who require help with databases, reporting requirements and technical advices.
• Maintain all LAN and WAN (local requirements), as well as all on site network infrastructure.

Security & Audit

• Conducts IT security and vulnerability assessment.
• Conducts IT Audit.
• Maintain and manage all exceptions/alarms within the network.

Vendor Management

• Engage with 3rd party vendors (existing or new) and ensure deployments or product support are in accordance to agreed/acceptable service levels.
• Ensuring 3rd party vendors are meeting their service level agreements standards and to document officially of incidents when service levels are not met.

【応募資格】 Mandatory

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related course
• Experience in supporting office IT operations
• Experience in supporting End User Technology on Windows Environment, experience in both Windows and Windows Server is highly preferred
• Experience in basic network troubleshooting
• Excellent project management, analytical and organization skills
• Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English：Business level
• Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
