IT Help Desk Analys

Role Description The IT Help Desk Analyst at Cercare lavoro è un lavoro will provide remote technical support to internal users and external clients in a part-time capacity. Responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The role involves guiding users through solutions, maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions, and monitoring systems to identify recurring problems. The analyst will also support basic account administration, ensure adherence to security best practices, and collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology and basic Network Administration skills.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues across operating systems, hardware, and applications.
• Awareness of Network Security principles and ability to apply security best practices in daily support activities.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, patience, and a user-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and prioritize multiple requests.
• Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems and common collaboration tools (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing).
• Relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are beneficial.
• Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role is preferred but not strictly required.
