IT Help Desk Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install operating systems (OS) on new devices and troubleshoot OS-related issues.
• Manage IT assets using ServiceNow ticketing tool.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment.
• Proficiency in active directory management and Windows installation/troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of operating system installation (OS) and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
