Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical concerns through voice and chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting
• Provide clear and professional technical assistance
• Document customer concerns, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time targets

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or Fresh College Graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants are encouraged to apply
• IT, computer, or technical background is a plus but not required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and logical problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
