IT Help Desk Support Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve in the capacity as a Help Desk Support Specialist in our frontline IT operations teams.

• Configuration, enrollment and physical deployment of end-user workstations at various customer sites.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software related issues on end-user workstations and mobile devices.

• Day-to-day administrative tasks in Microsoft 365, including but not limited to user onboarding assistance, password resets, group assignments, license delegations etc.

Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on administrative experience in the greater M365 ecosystem.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure).

• Strong troubleshooting skills within Windows 10/11 and MacOS/iOS.

• Fundamental knowledge of the OSI model and overall network administration. Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills of various network protocols such as ARP, IP, DNS and DHCP.

• Impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal / internal and client-facing).

• Extremely detail oriented personality and diligent with assigned tasks.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure / self-starter.

Minimum Eligibility:

• 1-3 years of IT operations experience in a business environment.

• Fluent in English

• Active driver’s license and reliable means of transportation

• Must reside within or near the greater Memphis area. Any applicants that do not live within a commutable distance to Memphis (based on their resume location submission) will be automatically rejected.

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Entry level certification such as CompTIA A+/ A+ Net / ITF+ / Microsoft MCAF strongly preferred.

This is a junior level position where personality and eagerness to learn and grow with the company weighs more than past field experience.

Pay: $35,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
