IT Help Desk Technician

As a well-established Tampa Bay based technology management and consulting firm proudly serving our clients for 28 years, we provide a wide-range of technology services as well as management and consulting support to meet our customer’s needs. Our clients vary from small local companies to large international corporations, but regardless of size we are dedicated to providing our customers excellent service and highly knowledgeable and skilled resources. We are looking to add to our team and have an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician and are looking for applicants with exceptional customer relations skills and a strong work ethic. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of one to three years’ experience with concentration in the following areas:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong organizational aptitude

· Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities

· Effective written and oral communication skills

· Focused and Self Motivated

· Basic Windows Server Administration

· Windows Desktop OS and Application support

· Networking Infrastructure Implementation and Support

· Antivirus system administration and Virus Removal

· Vendor support coordination

· Product / solution research and analysis

· Project coordination

· Creation of technical documentation
