Assist Frontline diagnostic of problem

Recommendation on improving performance on the PC & network

Reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services.

Maintaining an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site

Periodic virus-checking services

Assist PC Workstation Relocation Services & PC Support

PC / Notebook / Monitor installation and configuration

Hardware and software technical support, inventory, documentation

Software re-installation or re-configuration.

Handle general software problems

Data or programs backup

Requirements:
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows

Experience in meeting room equipment and network equipment is an advantage

Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
