Summary:
The position requires a candidate to maintain and support IT hardware, assist users, manage the IT asset inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of applications.

Responsibilities:
Maintenance and support of IT hardware
Assist users in using IT equipment and tools
Manage the IT asset inventory including PCs, laptops, smartphones, PDAs, etc.
Install and configure network printers
Establish and track IT procurement requests

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience
IT hardware maintenance
User support
Inventory management
Network printer configuration
Procurement tracking
