IT Helpdesk Coordinator

Requirements

• Receive, log, track, and monitor IT support requests through the help desk/ticketing system.
• Coordinate with Desktop Support, Network, System, and other IT teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor ticket status and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Follow up with support teams on pending and escalated tickets.
• Provide regular updates to users regarding the status of their requests.
• Prioritize tickets based on urgency and business impact.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, resolutions, and escalations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on ticket volume, pending issues, SLA compliance, and resolution status.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate technical team or management.
• Coordinate IT support activities for new joiners, transfers, and employee exits.
• Assist in coordinating hardware/software requirements, installations, replacements, and asset-related requests.
• Maintain proper documentation of recurring issues and standard resolutions.
• Ensure effective communication between end users, IT support teams, and other stakeholders.
• Follow established IT support processes, policies, and procedures.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
