IT Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Millenia Walk

Salary: Up to $4,900

Bonus: AWS and VB available

Leave: 18 Days

Working Days: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Description

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Support Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, and key applications (Microsoft, Acrobat, etc.), and manage company email
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices, deploy OS images and software packages, and manage hardware inventory and IT asset records
• Perform workstation setup for new employees and office relocations
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues
• Support firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions, ensuring compliance with IT security policies and reporting incidents promptly
• Coordinate with local vendors and regional IT teams, and support system maintenance, patching, and software updates

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support, ideally supporting a regional user environment
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi), and endpoint security tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple requests and work both independently and collaboratively
