IT Helpdesk Engineer

Logiciel Services is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide first-level technical support and manage day-to-day desktop, hardware, and connectivity needs across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and replace end-user hardware.
• Perform basic OS and application troubleshooting as per SOPs.
• Handle LAN cabling, patching, labeling, and basic connectivity checks.
• Support equipment movement, workstation setup, and seating relocations.
• Provide desk side support for meeting rooms and office IT setups.
• Log and update tickets in the IT ticketing system and follow SLAs.
• Assist with IT asset tagging, issuance, and returns.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT / desktop support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, computer hardware, and LAN cabling.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
