About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT team. As a Helpdesk Specialist/System Administrator - Night Shift, you will ensure the smooth operation and functionality of our organization's computer systems. Your expertise in setting up equipment, managing access rights, providing technical support, and working with operating systems will be essential in maintaining a reliable and secure IT infrastructure. In addition, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper setup of operating systems and required software;
• Provide timely technical assistance and support to resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware;
• Manage access rights and permissions to maintain data security and confidentiality;
• Administer user accounts and objects in Active Directory and Exchange, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configurations;
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain an organized inventory of IT stock and coordinate procurement activities;
• Maintain and update records of IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and evidence of asset management;

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related courses.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems; Familiarity with Active Directory and different virtual environments and their management; Knowledge of VLAN organization and implementation; and Good to have: Experience setting up and managing VPN tunnels for organizational use
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least an intermediate level of English proficiency;
• Can start as soon as possible.
• Willing to work Night Shift.
