Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Network/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant field. Experience working in Data Centre would be an advantage.
• Preferable with certification of CCNA, Nutanix or equivalent.
• Network theory, concept & industrial practice.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software in data centre.
• Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end users.
• Assisting senior engineers with routine tasks.
• Documenting technical issues, as well as providing basic training.
• Responding to help desk requests.
• Learning and staying updated on industry best practices and emerging network technologies.
• Providing timely and efficient on-call support and incident response, as needed.
