IT Helpdesk Support

The Help Desk and Infrastracture Support is responsible for the company's internal network and computer systems. He will be directly reporting to the Sr. Systems Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to end users in person or remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and printers.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and LAN cabling.
• Set up and configure new desktop, laptop and multi-function printers.
• Set up and configure new user accounts.
• Provide first-level support on Office 365.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Document all support activities and resolutions.
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service to all end users.
• Perform all other IT-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
• Familiarity with network and connectivity troubleshooting
• excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Experience with remote support tools.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• willing to work in Quezon City

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
