IT Helpdesk Support (Level 1 Support) role providing first-level support for end users through multiple channels including email, messaging platforms, and ticketing systems. The position involves incident support, service requests, monitoring, and documentation responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform first-level troubleshooting
- Provide remote support to users
- Password reset and account unlock
- Provide basic system usage guidance
- Log incidents in the ticketing system or report
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support
- Install standard corporate software
- Setup user accounts according to procedures
- Perform basic end-user device configuration
- Verify authorization before performing any request
About you
- Monitor tickets according to SLA
- Follow up with relevant teams
- Provide status updates to users
- Coordinate between users and technical teams
- Update Knowledge Base documentation
- Prepare incident reports
- Maintain troubleshooting logs
