IT Helpdesk Support (Shift/Overnight Shift Required)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Helpdesk Support on a secondment basis to support daily IT operations within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users (onsite and remote)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Handle user account setup, password resets, and access management
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with bank IT security policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 1–3 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience
• Familiar with Windows environment (Office 365 preferred)
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN)
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including overnight shifts
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Experience in banking or financial institutions is a plus
