Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT
Employment: Full-time
Salary: PHP 50,000 - 55,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, web, and chat, ensuring prompt responses and excellent customer service.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and end-user computing issues, taking ownership through resolution.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and computer systems and communications networks.
• Manage support tickets, including troubleshooting, documentation, customer updates, escalation, and timely closure.
• Complete assigned technical workshop tasks and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical concerns.
• Maintain technical knowledge base articles and support documentation to improve troubleshooting and service efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Certificate IV or higher in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop and Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of IP networking, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, malware detection and removal, and tablet and smartphone technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly in phone-based technical support and customer service.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively under pressure. Preferred: Experience supporting medical practice software used by GP and specialist clinics, such as Best Practice, Zedmed, Genie, or similar systems. Knowledge of Apple macOS, VoIP technologies, and a current industry certification are also advantageous.
