At West Valley Construction, our IT Helpdesk Technician L1 is the frontline support operative responsible for providing efficient and timely assistance to all internal users, ensuring optimal operation of Windows environments, Office 365 applications, and a range of mobile devices. The ideal candidate will be adept at offering support to non-technical users, maintaining software license compliance, and aiding in the documentation process.
