IT Infra & Security supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor company servers and NAS systems to ensure performance, availability, and data security.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure across all City Vision premises.
• Manage employee access policies, user permissions, and IT security controls.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
• Keep up to date with the latest IT infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity trends, and best practices.
• Supervise IT infrastructure operations and coordinate system maintenance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Security.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing servers, NAS/storage systems, network infrastructure, and IT security systems.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Experience managing Windows Server and/or Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with network security, firewall configuration, endpoint protection, access control, and user permission management.
• Understanding of data backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and vulnerability management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise a team, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
