IT Infra Project Coordinator

a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project documentation, monitor project progress, and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.

• Prefer candidates with strong experience in IT Infrastructure Project implementation and has experience working in System Integrator or IT Infra Vendor solution.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate end-to-end project activities from initiation through project closure.

* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.

* Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, sales teams, vendors, and clients.

* Organize and document project meetings, including Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action items, and follow-ups.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation such as:

* Project Charter

* Project Plans

* Progress Reports

* Migration Plans

* Change Requests

* Design Documentation

* Monitor project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.

* Track project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

* Present project progress updates to stakeholders and management.

* Support requirement gathering and business process analysis.

* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure documentation is completed.

* Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and organisational processes.

* Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies while supporting cross-functional project teams.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management within IT, System Integration, or Digital Transformation projects.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and PMBOK principles.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with enterprise clients across banking, manufacturing, telecommunications, education, or automotive sectors is advantageous.
