IT Infra Support - Banking Client

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain BAU (Business as Usual) documentation, project documentation, internal documents, inventory records, reporting documents, and approval requests.
• Ensure all documents are properly organized, updated, and archived.
• Support document control processes and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, update, and validate documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports and assist with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
