We are seeking a hands-on, pragmatic IT Infrastructure Lead to modernize, streamline, and manage our entire IT ecosystem across our central office in Goregaon and our growing network of multi-floor healthcare clinics.In this role, you will lead the transition from legacy, heavy on-premise hardware to a high-availability, cloud-first architecture. You will be responsible for physical servers, firewalls, and multi-site Wi-Fi/switching infrastructure, while migrating workloads to AWS/Azure and rolling out Desktop Virtualization (VDI) for lean clinic operations.If you are a cloud-first network and systems architect who knows how to build enterprise-grade, cost-efficient infrastructure without falling into the trap of over-engineered, overpriced vendor bloat—this role is for you.Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Site Network Architecture & Edge Deployment•Design, deploy, and centrally manage networks across all clinic locations using cloud-managed ecosystems (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti UniFi).•Configure and maintain site-to-site SD-WAN tunnels, VLANs, multi-floor Wi-Fi (5–6 APs per site), and PoE+ switching infrastructure.•Implement Dual-WAN High Availability (Primary Fiber + Automated 4G/5G Cellular Failover) at all branch locations to ensure zero internet downtime.2. Server Management & Cloud Migration•Manage existing physical on-premise servers (Windows Server / Linux / VMware / Hyper-V), ensuring 99.9% uptime, patching, and data backups.•Formulate and execute a step-by-step roadmap to migrate legacy databases, EMR/EHR software, and applications from physical servers to AWS / Azure.•Maintain hybrid cloud environments, optimizing compute and storage costs while maintaining healthcare data compliance.3. Desktop Virtualization (VDI) & Endpoint Management•Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS WorkSpaces, or Citrix/RDP environments to transition clinic staff to thin clients/dumb terminals.•Standardize endpoint provisioning, security policies, and remote troubleshooting to eliminate local PC maintenance at clinic sites.4. Security, Compliance & Vendor Management•Manage edge firewalls, access controls, VPNs, end-point protection, and zero-trust security policies.•Audit all IT procurement (switches, firewalls, access points, server hardware) to eliminate unnecessary enterprise markups and select fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions.•Oversee Internet Service Providers (ISPs), cloud vendors, and hardware suppliers across all Mumbai locations.Required Experience & Technical Skills•Network Engineering: Deep expertise in routing, switching, VLAN segregation, PoE, QoS, and wireless deployment (Cisco, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti).•Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) or Microsoft Azure (Azure VM, VNets, AVD, Active Directory / Entra ID).•Server Administration: Proven track record in managing physical rack/tower servers, RAID configurations, hypervisors (VMware ESXi / Microsoft Hyper-V), and active directory environments.•Virtualization & Remote Access: Demonstrated deployment of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for remote/branch office access.•Cost Optimization: Strong financial acumen in evaluating IT CAPEX/OPEX—ability to size hardware correctly rather than over-purchasing enterprise chassis.Preferred Certifications (Any of the following is a plus)•Networking: CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4+, or Cisco Meraki ECMS•Cloud & Server: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or VMware VCPWhy Join Us?•Direct Impact: You will have total ownership over the technology roadmap and IT architecture of a rapidly expanding healthcare brand.•Modernization Budget: Direct line to executive leadership to replace outdated systems with modern, cloud-first technology.•Location: Conveniently located in Goregaon, Mumbai, with access to modern facilities and central management tools.•
