IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, and IT support operations. The role will support both corporate and manufacturing environments, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology services that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure high availability, security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Support manufacturing operations, production systems, ERP, and business applications.
• Lead IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system improvements.
• Manage vendors, IT assets, software licenses, and technology budgets.
• Lead and develop the IT team while delivering high-quality support services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure, systems, or IT operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments, factory operations, and production-related systems is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with ERP systems and multi-site operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, automation, IoT, or smart factory initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
