IT INFRASTRUCTURE & NETWORK

Job Specification

• Lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure and network operations.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure and network systems.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure and network-related issues.
• Support infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and IT projects.
• Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and external IT service providers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or IT Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Good understanding of servers, cybersecurity, backup, and IT infrastructure management.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MikroTik, Fortinet, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Malang, East Java.
