IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure and security systems to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.
• Monitor infrastructure environments and identify potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and technical issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure, network, server, and security-related incidents.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security controls, policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Support system upgrades, patching, configuration, maintenance, and security enhancement activities.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and relevant stakeholders to resolve infrastructure and security issues.
• Assist with security audits, compliance activities, documentation, and remediation of identified findings.
• Participate in infrastructure and security improvement projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, infrastructure security, system/network administration, or technical support will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, servers, operating systems, and IT security concepts.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, RHCSA, CITP, ISO 27001, or equivalent certifications will be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
