IT Infrastructure & Solution Specialist

1. Infrastructure Design & Strategic Development Design, develop, and continuously improve a comprehensive IT infrastructure framework (Cloud, On-Premise, Network, and Data Center) aligned with business requirements and the IT roadmap.
2. Cloud Services Management Manage cloud infrastructure environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including provisioning, configuration, scaling, integration, and service optimization.
3. Server & Virtualization Operations Oversee the management, maintenance, and operation of Linux and Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/HCI), storage solutions, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management.
4. Infrastructure & Network Security Implement and manage infrastructure and network security protocols, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, access control, and physical IT environment security.
5. Performance & Capacity Management Monitor and manage the health, performance, and capacity of IT infrastructure, including trend analysis and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Data Protection & Disaster Recovery (DRP) Execute regular backup and restore operations, while developing, testing, and maintaining the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to ensure business continuity.
7. Data Center Physical Environment Management Supervise and maintain the physical IT environment, including Racks, UPS, PDU, electrical systems, cabling, and environmental controls (cooling/humidity) to ensure operational uptime.
8. Systems Monitoring & Reliability Architect and execute proactive monitoring for IT infrastructure components to ensure maximum availability, performance, security, and service reliability.
9. IT Governance, Policy, & Compliance Develop, evaluate, and enhance corporate IT infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures (SOPs) to ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Qualification

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT infrastructure or IT solutions role
2. Proven track record of managing and maintaining complex IT systems and networks
3. Expertise in:

·         Lifecycle management server dan storage

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
