Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager will support the management and day-to-day operations of the organization’s infrastructure environment, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, backup, and endpoints.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and escalations.
• Implement infrastructure standards, procedures, and security controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to infrastructure specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Experience with network, server, cloud, virtualization, and endpoint technologies.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
