The Role:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of end-user computing support services, ensuring seamless delivery of IT support functions.

• At least 5 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), IT operations, or service delivery environments.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors or service providers and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
• Good understanding of IT support operations, service management practices, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with public sector environments and government processes will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive team player who can work independently and demonstrate strong operational awareness.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Committed, detail-oriented, and capable of driving issues through to completion.
