Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain a reliable, secure, and high-performing technology infrastructure for a premium nightlife and entertainment venue in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network, server, virtualization, storage, and IT infrastructure .
• Configure and maintain MikroTik RouterOS, VLAN, firewall, QoS, routing, and Wi-Fi infrastructure .
• Manage virtualized environments using Proxmox VE, VM/LXC, and Docker .
• Maintain Synology NAS, RAID, backup, and disaster recovery systems .
• Implement and monitor system performance using Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana .
• Troubleshoot network, server, hardware, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Develop basic automation and scripting to improve IT operational efficiency.
• Support integrations across POS, CCTV, AV, CRM, ticketing, and other venue technology systems .
• Implement and maintain security controls, network hardening, endpoint security, and access management.
• Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, backup verification, and incident troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Network Engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik RouterOS , networking, VLAN, firewall, QoS, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with Proxmox VE, virtualization, VM/LXC, and Docker .
• Experience managing Linux/Windows servers and storage systems such as Synology NAS and RAID .
• Good understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and cloud storage such as AWS S3 or Google Drive.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana .
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, or PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of network security, endpoint security, and system hardening .
• Experience supporting POS, CCTV, AV, ticketing, or hospitality/entertainment technology systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Dante, DMX, or IP-based CCTV systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays .
• Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia .
