IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager with background in infrastructure to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and services. The role is responsible for managing infrastructure implementations, cloud and on-premises environments, project delivery, stakeholders, risks, budgets, and cross-functional technical teams.

Generic Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, from planning through implementation and handover.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with infrastructure engineers, architects, developers, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions are delivered according to agreed scope, quality, security, and service-level requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project status reporting, governance meetings, and executive updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective resource allocation and delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, implementation, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure proper technical documentation, operational handover, and knowledge transfer.
• Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to monitor delivery and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project/Delivery Management.
• Strong experience managing infrastructure implementation and migration projects.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of servers, networks, storage, virtualization, security, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
• Proven experience in stakeholder, risk, cost/budget, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
