Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, network systems, end-user devices, security systems, and connectivity. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, LAN/WAN, hardware, network devices, CCTV, endpoint security, Microsoft 365, SAP GUI, and IT asset management .

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support desktops, laptops, printers, UPS systems, network switches, routers, Wi-Fi devices, professional displays, video conferencing equipment, backup devices, operating systems, and software applications .
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware and software .
• Monitor and support CCTV cameras, MPLS and Internet connectivity, endpoint IT security, and video conferencing systems .
• Manage IT hardware maintenance contracts and SLAs .
• Coordinate software license renewals and ensure software license compliance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN infrastructure and network devices .
• Perform installation and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Handle network point I/O, crimping, punching, cable termination, and LAN setup .
• Coordinate with network, hardware, software, and other IT vendors whenever required.
• Troubleshoot Internet and network connectivity on PCs and corporate networks.
• Install and troubleshoot modern devices such as MacBooks, tablets, iPhones, smartphones, and other smart devices .
• Perform laptop and desktop data backup and recovery support.
• Provide Microsoft 365 (O365) training and technical support to end users.
• Install and configure SAP GUI and provide basic SAP support as required.
• Operate SAP systems as per business requirements, whenever required.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimize system downtime.
• Maintain proper IT documentation, asset records, maintenance records, and support reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .

Relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / Desktop Support / Network Administration .

Strong hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, and network troubleshooting .

Experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting .

Knowledge of Microsoft 365/O365, endpoint security, SAP GUI, backup systems, and IT asset management .

Experience with CCTV, MPLS, video conferencing, printers, UPS, and network infrastructure .

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong vendor coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support requirements.

Saudi Arabia / GCC experience will be an added advantage.
