IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to administer, maintain, and support our enterprise IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server administration, virtualization, cloud DNS services, and identity management platforms, along with a proven track record of providing reliable L2 infrastructure support across workstations, servers, and mobile systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including DNS, GPO, OU, and LDAP configurations.
• Manage enterprise DNS services on AWS Route53.
• Maintain and support the VMware virtualization environment (vCenter and ESXi) for enterprise workloads.
• Administer DHCP services, including IP reservations, for enterprise systems.
• Manage SMTP mail services (Zimbra and Google Workspace).
• Maintain and support Windows Server environments (2012 / 2016 / 2019).
• Implement and manage WSUS patch management for enterprise servers.
• Administer Google Workspace and Okta identity management systems.
• Provide L2 technical support for workstation, server, and mobile infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks.

About you

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019) administration.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management — DNS, GPO, OU, and LDAP configurations.
• Experience with DHCP server management and file server administration.
• Working knowledge of WSUS patch management for enterprise environments.
• Experience managing DNS services on AWS Route53.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with Okta or similar identity and access management platforms.
• Practical experience with VMware vCenter and ESXi environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
• Solid L2 troubleshooting skills across workstation, server, and mobile device infrastructure.
