We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our true Global IT Team. You will manage escalated IT service desk tasks, provide hands-on infrastructure support for our local delivery center, and execute Global IT Operations (GITOPs) Azure DevOps work items for project delivery, change management, and problem resolution.

Your Impact

• Service Desk Escalations & Systems Administration: Handle L1 GITOPs escalations, execute scheduled patching and updates, perform systems administration, and maintain robust IT asset management.
• Network & Physical Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot and support physical infrastructure, manage approved network changes, and ensure optimal performance across delivery center hardware and connectivity.
• Project Delivery & Change Management: Drive Global IT Operations project work items through Azure DevOps, supporting enterprise change management and proactive problem management.
• Security & Technical Documentation: Conduct security analyses, monitor network and information security, and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date technical documentation.

What You Bring

• Education & Credentials: Degree or higher education in an IT-related discipline (desirable), complemented by network vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, Meraki, MikroTik, Juniper) and Microsoft Azure certifications or experience.
• The Experience: Proven enterprise-level exposure (supporting environments with 2000+ users), hands-on enterprise networking experience (VLANs, Wi-Fi, centralized management, firewalls), and Microsoft Office 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
• Core Competencies: Strong generalist technology skillset spanning networking, desktop support, systems administration, information security, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a customer-service-focused mindset.
