IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of the organization’s IT infrastructure environment. The role will oversee infrastructure operations, availability, performance, security, and service continuity while managing infrastructure projects and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure operations covering servers, networks, cloud, storage, systems, and endpoint infrastructure.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure availability, reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve critical technical issues.
• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and infrastructure security initiatives.
• Manage vendors, technology partners, contracts, and infrastructure budgets.
• Lead, coach, and develop infrastructure team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, and endpoint technologies.
• Experience in IT infrastructure planning, project management, and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
