Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in FortiGate, Network, Windows/Linux Servers, AWS, IT Security, Endpoint Management and Desktop/Laptop Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall, VPN, policies, NAT and network connectivity.
• Support TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Administer Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Support AWS EC2, VPC, Subnets, Security Groups and IAM.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT security, antivirus, firewall and vulnerability issues.
• Manage desktops, laptops, endpoint security, software and hardware issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, user access, VPN and connectivity issues.
• Monitor backup/restore and assist with infrastructure maintenance.
• Handle IT incidents, troubleshooting and basic RCA; escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with vendors/senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant IT Infrastructure experience.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Fortinet/AWS/Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
